You have 30 days from the date of delivery to
return your PrettyClean Pro for a full refund.
No complicated forms. No hassle.

How To Start A Return
Email us at prettyclean@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- The reason for your return
- A photo of the item (if damaged or faulty)
Our team will respond within 24 hours with your
return instructions.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging with all accessories
included
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date

Who Pays For Return Shipping
If the item is damaged, faulty, or we made an
error, we cover the full cost of return shipping.
If you simply changed your mind, the customer is
responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item we
will notify you by email. If approved your refund
will be processed automatically to your original
payment method within 5 business days.
Please note it may take an additional 5-10
business days for your bank or card provider to
process and post the refund.

Damaged Or Defective Items
If your PrettyClean Pro arrives damaged or
defective contact us immediately at
prettyclean@gmail.com with photos of the issue.
We will send a replacement at no extra cost or
issue a full refund — your choice.

Late Or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, first
check your bank account again. Then contact your
credit card company as it may take some time
before your refund is officially posted. If you
have done this and still have not received your
